customer service was superb I just received a Gallery Wrap, the order was placed on 2/6/2012 and was delivered yesterday, 2/10/2012. I had scanned in a 41 year old 4x5 wedding photograph, to replace a faded 41 year old canvas print on our wall for Valentines day. My wife was overjoyed when she saw the Gallery Wrap. I am more than happy with the quality of the product. I had concerns about a 600 dpi scan from such a small print making a quality 16x20 but your representative was correct when she told me this would work. Anvar, | delighted with the service I\'ve been delighted with the service. I\'m getting canvas prints made and they do an excellent job. They are well framed and most importantly the colour is very close to what I see on my profiled monitor. I did purchase canvas and coating to do the work myself but in the end decided that given the quality and pricing, it just didn\'t make sense to do it myself. I`ll be continuing to use CanadaOnCanvas for my large prints.
George Barr, Calgary | I ordered a Standard Plaque Mount and they shipped me a FLOAT MOUNT. I called to talk to them about returning for a refund. The Manager (Azda of which I could not hardly understand) said I had to pay for the shipping back to them and they would not refund till they received their mess up back. I am a little preturbed about this considering IT\\\'S THEIR SCREW UP! I am NOT saticfied AT ALL!
